I’m giving this gag 4 stars because I accidentally ordered the wrong size at first. Unfortunately, my exchange request was denied even though I hadn’t used it, which was disappointing. That said, I reordered the medium and it fits perfectly! For some reason, this gag makes me extra drooly—which I actually find really hot. Overall, it’s a great product, and I understand the return policy, but I still wanted to share my frustration.

I have struggled to find the right ball gag and finally have found the perfect one. I have tried many breathable gags but didn’t fill that they were breathable enough or the gag was not comfortable to wear for long enough to get a nice drool.

Very comfortable and my top choice for extended play. I have a lot of gags in my collection but I do like to wear gags for long times and this is the only gag that I can sleep in and not have issues with breathing & chafing. I really like that it can be locked as well, it makes my night that much more exciting ☺️

Love the color and size choices. Have gotten a few sizes and colors for my play space and no matter who playing with I have the right size and they work great for mouth breathers. And the cherry on the top is that I can easily clean them since it is all silicone.

I’m so happy to be able to wear a gag for my husband. We had tried ball gags in the past but I always struggled with the breathing while wearing a gag and the straps always felt like they were cutting in my lips. These gags have the holes which helps with the breathing issues I had and they have the space for my lips to close and don’t feel like they are getting cut/irritated from the straps. Also another great thing about this breathable mouth gag is that ball and straps are silicone so easy to clean afterwards.

I adore how easy this gag is. Easy to clean, easy to breathe, easy to wear for extended periods. Just overall my new favorite. I bought a medium and am very happy with the size. Large enough to give that sensation of having my mouth held open, but small enough to not hurt my jaw. 5 stars!

A perfect mouth gag especially if you are into drooling! The smooth silicone makes the gag very easy to clean and sanitize. We did end up getting a small and a medium.

My mouth is on the smaller side and sometimes I can have jaw pain after a longer scene. The small size of this mouth gag is a perfect fit, and comfortable even for extended use! My partner loves the look and the muffled moans created by ball gags so I was happy to finally find one that I can comfortably wear throughout an entire play session. Highly recommended!
