Return Policy

At Bondesque, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final with the exception of apparel and damaged items. Please read our return policy below before requesting a return or exchange.

Online Purchases Returns

To make a return, you must place a request. All returns must be approved by our customer service team. Please read the How to Request a Return/Exchange section below for more info. 

General Return & Exchange Guidelines

These guidelines apply to all returns and exchanges. Please read these sections for information specific to your return:

Please submit any return/exchange requests within 48 hours of receiving your order. All returns must be approved by our customer service team. Returns must be postmarked within 48 hours of return request approval. Returns outside of this window will not be honored.

Return requests for store pickup purchases made online must be placed within 5 business days after purchase.

All items must include all packaging and original tags. They must be in new, unsoiled, and undamaged condition. If items do not conform to these requirements, there will be no exchange or return given.

Exchanges: All shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. You must include a return shipping label with your return. All return shipping costs, as well as costs incurred in shipping any exchanged items back to you, will be the customer's responsibility. Please send our customer service team your tracking number once your item has shipped. 

Defective/Damaged Item Returns

Boxed items and adults toys that arrive damaged or are defective are eligible for an exchange of the same or equivalent item. Please send photos or videos of the damaged/defective goods via your online tickets portal or email. Click here for more info on How to Request a Return/Exchange.

We will send you a shipping label upon approval of your return request. Once we receive and inspect your item, we will ship you an exchange at no cost to you. 

Non-returnable Items

We inspect all items before shipment. The following items are not eligible for returns or exchanges:

  • Shoes
  • Impact gear
  • Bondage gear
  • CBT gear
  • Non-defective sex toys 
  • Latex clothing
  • Lubricants/body oils
  • Medical instruments
  • Underwear
  • Books

Order Cancellations

Online orders can be cancelled before they have shipped out. All cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of placing your order. If your order has shipped out, your order cannot be cancelled. There is a 5% fee for cancelled orders. 

Clothing Exchanges

Non-latex clothing, accessories, and footwear may be returned for size exchange. Please place a return request to exchange within 48 hours of receiving your order. Refunds are not available for clothing exchanges. 

If we have your size in stock or we are able to place an order for your size to ship to you, we will approve your exchange request. If we do not have your size in stock and are unable to place an order for the item in your size, you are able to exchange your item for a different clothing item in the correct size.

Discounted Item Returns

Discounted items are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.

How to Request a Return/Exchange

To make a return, please submit a ticket requesting your return or exchange. Please include what you would like to return and the reason for your request.

If you do not have a loyalty account with us, please submit your request via email. Send an email to [email protected] and please include your order number, what you would like to return or exchange, and the reason for your request. 

Store Purchases Returns

Return requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase. Return requests for store pickup purchases made online must be placed within 5 business days after purchase. To request a return, please give us a call at 612-200-8350 or send us an email at [email protected].

Returns are eligible for size exchange or store credit only. The following items are not returnable:

  • Non-defective sex toys

To return or exchange a defective item, please bring your item in store or ship your item to us for inspection. If you must ship your item to us for a return or exchange, we will send you a shipping label. Upon verification of the defective/damaged item, your return or exchange will be approved.
