SHIPPING

All orders are shipped in discreet USPS packaging, with the return sender listed as “Red and Black.”

U.S. Domestic Shipping:

We ship via the United States Postal Service. Shipping rates will be calculated at the time of check-out based on package weight, carrier, and any special shipping options you select. We provide free shipping on orders over $250.

Most in-stock items ship within 1-3 business days. Back-ordered items will be shipped as soon as they re-stocked. We offer expedited shipping for an additional fee.

To save on shipping costs, shoes may be shipped in USPS packaging without the original shoe box. If you wish to pay extra to receive the shoe box, please email us.

International Shipping:

We will calculate your shipping charges and send you a notification within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will not charge your credit card until you respond to the quote and agree to the shipping fees. We will not be responsible for VAT or customs fees. We also cannot assume responsibility for any packages confiscated by customs.

We reserve the right to make alterations or changes to this policy. All changes will be updated and listed on our website.

 

RETURNS

We stand behind the quality of our products and inspect all items prior to shipment. Items which are defective or damaged during shipping may be returned in original packaging and unused condition for replacement or store credit (see “How to Make A Return” below). 

To prevent potential health concerns, the following items are non-returnable: sex toys, gags, CBT gear, medical instruments, underwear, and lubricants/body oils.

Sex toys which are defective may be returned (postmarked within 48 hours of return authorization) for replacement or store credit. They must be in original packaging and unused, clean condition.

Clothing, accessories, and footwear may be returned for size exchange or store credit only (postmarked within 48 hours of return authorization). The items must include all packaging and original tags, and they must be in new, unsoiled, and undamaged condition. If items do not conform to these requirements, there will be no exchange or store credit given.

How to Make A Return: All returns must be approved prior to shipment. If you need to return an item, please contact us at [email protected] or through the Account menu with your name, order number, and the reason for return. Our staff will review the request and contact you within three business days.

Returns must be postmarked within 48 hours after we send return authorization in order to be eligible for exchange or store credit.
