BDSM 101 is Bondesque's foundational class, designed for complete beginners. No prior experience or partner is required, and we recommend it as the first class for anyone new to kink before moving into topic-specific workshops.
Are Bondesque's workshops safe for beginners?
Yes. All classes are trauma-informed, risk-aware, and led by professional instructors, with safety and consent covered as a core part of the curriculum alongside technique.
Do I need to bring a partner to a rope bondage class?
No partner is required. You're welcome to bring your own for the practice portion, and if you don't have one, you'll be paired with another student.
How much do BDSM workshops cost at Bondesque?
Most workshops are $49.99 per person; some shorter sessions (like Open Dungeon Meet & Greet) are priced lower. Exact pricing is listed on each workshop's page.

What should I bring to a workshop?
Each class has its own supply list specific to that workshop's topic. If you don't already have what you need, you're welcome to shop in-store, students get 20% off purchases during or after their class.
Can I get a refund or transfer my workshop ticket?
Workshop tickets are non-refundable. Our classes are in high demand with limited seating, so last-minute cancellations take a spot away from another student. In situations like illness (including COVID) or other emergencies, we may make an exception and transfer your ticket to a future class date. For safety reasons, tickets are not transferable to another person.
