Gag measures 18" measured from buckle to last hole on tongue and 22 1/2" from buckle to first hole. All of the hardware in hardened and chromed steel, our buckles are roller type, with locking capability, our leather is die cut with buffed edges.
We picked up this mouthguard gag while visiting the store after looking for one for quite a while, and it's been an excellent purchase. We enjoy longer play sessions, but my jaw doesn't tolerate traditional ball gags very well. This has been a game changer. It's much more comfortable to wear for sure. Best of all, we can finally enjoy longer sessions without having to stop because of jaw fatigue. We're both really happy with it. Big thanks to the staff member for all the help.

Overall excellent gag. Very comfortable to wear for long term and the D-ring in front adds a nice extra play dimension. One note is that due to the mouth guard, plus the gag design, it doesn't hold the mouth shut so it doesn't gag quite the same as say a ball gag; the mouth can still be easily opened. Still would definitely recommend for those who want a comfortable, long term gag for a fun time.

Reminds me of my days of playing sports, who knew that one day I would be wearing a mouth guard for some sexy times! The gag is very comfortable to wear, and the gf will use it too as she doesn’t like a ball gags. It also has the d ring on the outer mouthpiece which is great for attaching a leash to and being led around.
