The first few chapters were very helpful for me, and is very helpful in terms of unpacking social and societal pressures. But, the book is mostly antecdotal stories all from cisgender women, none of which I could relate to because the book is about people that have experienced body orgasms and only expressing orgasms vaginally or clitoral. This is about "the good, the bad, and the ugly" of solo sex and the book is kind of depressing for my perspective, for the most part. I would suggest this book for people who have a lot to unpack, but I wouldn't suggest this book for people who are actually trying to find ways to orgasm. This book is about solo sex and it talks a lot about orgasm, but not necessarily good circumstances to solo sex and orgasm - all the time. Not helpful for me, but definitely helpful for someone else.
