Love the options in colors and sizes. I have a few play partners, and each one has their own gag. They all agree the balls are firm but comfortable and that there is plenty of space for them to close the lips without cutting the corner of the lips. I like it for there is an option to lock once I secure the straps around the head.

I LOVE this gag! The silicone extends past the ball, which prevents the uncomfortable chaffing you can get in the corner of your mouth from the strap of cheaper gags. I have a smaller mouth so I got the smallest size and found it to be comfortable, but not too comfortable. ;) It seems to be really durable and high quality too
