Soft fabric lined neoprene for added comfort and skinned in a highly polished aluminum with the added bonus of a durable locking system! The set comes with two 2 1/2" wide buckle-adjust cuffs, one 3 1/2" double spring snap and two 2 3/8" stainless steel spring snaps for attaching elsewhere. Fits a 4" to 9" wrist. Features highly polished stainless steel buckles and D rings. Lock & keys included.
