Constructed out of beautiful heavy duty high gloss PVC and stainless steel hardware. Lined with a soft neoprene that's really comfortable and non-slipping, but these cuffs go further with a durable locking system! The set comes with two 2 1/2" wide buckle- adjust cuffs, one 3 1/2" double snap lock and two 2 3/8" stainless steel spring snaps for attaching elsewhere. Locks & keys included. Fits a 4" - 9" wrist. Vegan Friendly, no animal products are used in the manufacture of these cuffs.
