This 15 inch leather swivel flogger features a swivel ring that allows for maximum impact, without the strain on your wrists. There are between 14 and 18 leather falls that measure 10" long and 1/2" wide. The ring at the end of the leather wrapped handle allows you to easily clip it for transport or hang it for display.
