The o-ring is a secure attachment for a leash or other bondage device and the inner side is lined with black garment leather to protect the skin. This beautiful collar also has a locking buckle that can be used with or with out a padlock. Made in our studio with the finest medium and heavy weight garment leather, heavy duty nickel plated steel harware, and plenty of love.
