This collar uses three kinds of leather to provide an effective and sensual experience throughout -- the interior is lined with soft medium-weight garment leather to cover any rivets for comfort and longevity of wear; the exterior is a heavy-duty garment leather with flex to it as to not cut into the sub's neck; the strap is ultra-smooth latigo so the locking buckle come on and off easily.
