This open mouth gag features a soft TPE exterior that looks like an asshole and can be penetrated. The insertable hole on the inside of the gag keeps the wearer's mouth and jaw open and covers their teeth, allowing for unhindered thrusting. Place the gag on their head, rub some lube around the hole and inside of it. Take their head and hold them in place as you ease yourself in the booty hole gag.
