The handle is comfortable to hold due to the smooth edge design and has a leather strap for extra support during play. The rectangular base has a rounded top with smooth edges coming to a soft points on each side and a stitching pattern around the edges as well as where the base meets the handle. The thick buffer pad (coming in red, purple, or black with matching stitch detail) makes a delectable “thump” noise upon impact and creates a thuddy sensation for the receiver even when stricken with extreme force. The flush side of the paddle can be used for a more extreme effect if the receiver is being naughty. Due to the weight and design of the paddle it is comfortable and fun to use for anyone from novice to professional.
