Classes & Events Offered at Bondesque

Check out our upcoming BDSM classes and events for January and February 2023. Find affordable kink education courses led by long-time professionals in the BDSM community. From Flogging workshops to Rope Bondage classes, this winter will have exciting activities for everyone!

Upcoming Classes & Events at Bondesque

Classes are typically offered every Tuesday and Thursday evening from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM at our store, Bondesque. Our Open Dungeon Meet & Greets are hosted in our BDSM dungeon every 3rd Thursday of the month.

A few things to note:

Classes are offered in-person only
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the class begins - we are intolerant of tardiness
Tickets must be purchased before the class/event to attend
Gear, toys, and/or partners may be required to participate in the class - please read through the course requirements before purchasing your ticket
You will not receive a refund for your ticket(s) if you cancel less than 24 hours before the class
You must sign a liability waiver to attend a class

January 2023 BDSM Classes & Events

Flogging Class

January 3rd - 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM

This hands-on course will cover basic impact play with a focus on flogging. Attendees will be required to participate in practicing flogging techniques. Learn flogging techniques as well as basic best practices to use when engaging in impact play. Topics include:

How to negotiate thoroughly before engaging in impact play
How to read your play partner during play
How to create, avoid, and assess marks
Practicing safety during impact play
Techniques and applications to achieve desired sensations

Intro to Erotic Role Play

January 5th - 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM

This class was designed to introduce attendees to the wonderful world of erotic role play. This class uses a mix of lecture, Q&A, group discussion, and worksheets to explore the depths of erotic role play.

This class covers topics including:

Rope Bondage 101

January 12th - 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM

The first course in our Rope Bondage series, this course was written with beginners in mind. For those who want to incorporate rope bondage in their play but don’t know where to start, this course will give you hands-on experience with basic rope bondage techniques as well as knowledge in exploring rope bondage safely. Topics include:

Female Domination Workshop

January 17th - 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM

January 24th - 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM

Submissive Training: A Deeper Dive into D/s Dynamics

January 26th - 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM

This interactive workshop explores a variety of techniques for training submissives and establishing protocols. Be prepared to move around in this class!

We do recommend taking our foundational D/s Dynamics course before attending this class.

This class is for people of all levels of experience with D/s relationships. Whether you currently have an established D/s dynamic, are beginning to explore domination and submission roles, or are single, this class is welcome to all.

Polyamory 101

January 31st - 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM

For those interested in engaging in healthy polyamorous/non-monogamous relationships, we highly recommend our professionally-led Polyamory series. The first installment in the series, this course explores the fundamental topics of Polyamory and open relationships in-depth. Topics include:

Introduction to ethical non-monogamy
Types of poly relationships
Practical tips on discussing polyamory with your partner
Misconceptions and downsides of polyamory

This course is lead by Courtney Padjen, a sex and relationship therapist in Minneapolis who owns the Centre for Sexual Wellness.
